When you have decided on a doll to purchase, please email DollMaster@NancyAnnDolls.com with the following information:
(NOTE: We do not accept personal checks. We also do not have the ability to accept credit card payments directly. Credit card payments must be made through PayPal and credits to your checking account may also be made through PayPal. It is a wonderful payment tool worth checking out, especially if you do a lot of buying online.) We will then calculate shipping charges and provide you with your purchase total. Although we try to respond as quickly as possible, please allow at least one business day for us to get back to you. After receiving confirmation of your total, payments may be made via money order to the mailing address we will give you or by credit card using PayPal at www.PayPal.com. You will need to register with PayPal first in order to use their credit card payment or checking account transfer features. PayPal payments are expected to be received within 3 days while money orders are expected to be received within 3 days plus a reasonable mailing delay. SHIPPING POLICY: We typically ship on Saturdays. We will ship all orders for $35 or more via USPS Priority Insured Mail (or Registered Mail for very expensive, large orders.) Priority Mail takes 2-3 days for delivery. Orders for less than $35 may be shipped via that same manner, without insurance, or via First Class mail, depending on what makes the most sense and what the buyer requests. You will save on shipping charges when you purchase multiple dolls. RETURN POLICY: Our first
goal is to make our customers happy! However, please ask any questions
before making a purchase as different collectors find that different things
are more important to them. Do not assume that any doll on this site
is "mint" as they are, after all, over 50 years old. Significant
flaws or anything we deem "material" that may not be obvious from the picture
will be pointed out. If you receive a doll that has been inaccurately
described, please notify us, and we will issue a refund after the doll
has been returned. If a doll is damaged in the shipping process,
we will work with you to either get reimbursement from the shipper or provide
you with a refund when the doll is returned to us.
