#3 - Daisy - $685 - Bisque, jointed legs, pudgy tummy, short arms, MOLDED SOCKS, Storybook Dolls sticker on dress. Pink box with white dots is appropriate but unlabeled. Flower on her dress and in her hair. (These are frequently missing.) Dress is crisp but appears a bit dusty, has a few scattered age spots, and the seam was hand-sewn up the back (though stitches can be easily removed.) Face is exceptionally pretty. The Flower Girl series was only produced through 1941 and is very hard to find. |
